At Golden Leo Rex, every item is made with love for golden retriever lovers around the world. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we want to be transparent about our refund and return process.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect compared to your order

we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

4. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution when possible.

Please note:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions are outside our control.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:

  • Print-on-demand apparel

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
